Experience

As an associate broker who’s has been working in this area for 9+ years, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. It’s not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. I am eager to serve you. Here are some of the things I can do for you:

Find Your Next Home

You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter – not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home.

Sell a Home

When it’s time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

Consult on Home Selling Tactics

Often times buyers don’t visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience – which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that’s sold fast.

JoVonna Schlosser Recognized by Worldwide Branding for Excellence in Real Estate

Ms. Schlosser is the Associate Broker for Alaska Built Real Estate of Alaska.

WASILLA, AK, April 2, 2015, JoVonna Schlosser has been recognized by Worldwide Branding for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in real estate.

Backed by 9+ years of experience in real estate, Ms. Schlosser is regarded for her commitment to providing her clients with superior service, representing both buyers and sellers in the residential market. “Helping clients make the biggest decision of their lives is extremely gratifying,” Ms. Schlosser noted in a recent interview. She continued on to state that it is because she understands the severity of the decision-making that drives her passion for her career; she wants to facilitate the correct decisions for her clients. With a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Phoenix, Ms. Schlosser discovered her niche in the real estate industry as a non-licensed assistant during the start of her career with the Re/Max of Wasilla brokerage. She was then motivated to earn an accredited buyers’ representative (ABR) certificate and a short-sale foreclosure (SFR) certificate to help propel her career.

Ms. Schlosser’s career in real estate began as the non-licensed assistant to the Broker of Re/Max of Wasilla in 2006, just after she and her husband came to Alaska from Colorado. She attained her license within two months of starting in this position. Her career path has taken her too many of the recognized brands in the industry. This experience allows her to better serve her clients, as she understands the requirements of the other brokerages in her area. She has assisted many clients in selling their home and many buyers with traditional, bank owned/foreclosed, land and recreational/remote properties purchases. The number one priority in her business continues to be the commitment to providing her clients with superior service.

Ms. Schlosser attributes her success to her unmatched customer service skills. Now in her 9th year in Alaska, she continues to establish her reputation and demonstrate her passion. In the years to come, Ms. Schlosser intends to continue growing her career.
